One to one coaching

One to one coaching provides support for individuals with specific challenges and who are short of time. Among the challenges coaching can help you to prepare for are:

  • Developing and practicing key presentations
  • Preparing for important meetings
  • Media interviews
  • Working through crucial decisions and gaining new perspectives

This coaching is very flexible and can last from a couple of hours to a full day, some clients also take sessions on the phone when time is short and travel is difficult.
